Having always been a creative soul, I trained in Jewellery Design and Silversmithing, after a long career in Marketing and Visual Merchandising.  I instantly loved the way designing and working with precious metals requires a quiet concentration - makes me feel peaceful and keeps me sane in equal measures and hopefully with beautiful results.

 

Originally from Copenhagen I grew up with the beach and forest on my doorstep and the unpolished beauty of organic forms remains the biggest source of inspiration - to the point where my 3 kids are so used to me constantly photographing and searching for the perfect pebble or leaf  to cast that no trip is complete without a little treasure trove of possible inspiration.  

 

Casting from twigs, leaves or pebbles or drawing inspiration from nature's shapes and textures - combined with the parred down lines and muted colour palette of Scandinavian design -   I aim to make timeless, wearable jewellery - modern with an understated feminine edge.
